The SBS bottle sampling system is a custom-designed sampling station for the safe and representative collection of liquid process media from pressurized piping systems. By selectively diverting a defined volume from the main flow, the system enables controlled sampling without compromising the safety of operating personnel.
The forced control system, with its operating modes “Closed – Sampling – Flushing,” ensures safe handling and a reliable sampling process. Thanks to its simple operation and flushing capabilities, the system is also suitable for demanding applications where contamination must be avoided and both people and the environment must be protected. The defined pre-metering of the sample volume enables controlled extraction, even at high system pressures and when handling toxic process media.
The SBS is available in nominal diameters ranging from DN 8 to DN 25 or ¼″ to 1″. Depending on requirements, various standard designs compliant with DIN, ISO, and ANSI, as well as different pressure ratings, materials, and connection options, are available. Additional options such as mounting frames, protective cabinets, fixed pre-dosing containers, and heating or cooling jackets allow for optimal adaptation to the respective process conditions.
