SBC Ball Check Valves

DN 15 – DN 150 | NPS ½ˮ – 6ˮ

SBC ball check valves reliably prevent the backflow of liquid process media in piping systems. Robust materials and durable linings ensure safe operation and a long service life, even under demanding process conditions.

Main Features

Proven, maintenance-free design

Sturdy design for reliable backflow prevention in piping.

Flexible Installation Options

For horizontal or vertical installation with flanged connections in accordance with EN 1092-1, PN 16/40, or ASME B16.5, CL 150.

PTFE ball with precise guidance

Solid or hollow PTFE ball with ball guides made of glass-fiber-reinforced PTFE-R.

Optimal Process Monitoring

Large sight glass opening for direct monitoring of the process medium.

Operating Conditions

depending on the choice of material
Print Range 1 mbar to 10 bar
0.01 psi to 145 psi
Temperature −40 °C to +200 °C
−40 °F to +392 °F

SBC ball check valves ensure reliable backflow prevention in demanding process plants. They protect pumps, piping, and plant components from unwanted backflow, thereby contributing to safe and trouble-free plant operation.

Thanks to their high-quality PFA or PFA-AS lining, the valves are particularly suitable for corrosive process media. The solid PTFE ball ensures reliable shut-off, while the integrated borosilicate glass sight glasses allow for easy visual inspection. The ball check valves are available in DIN or ANSI versions and can be flexibly integrated into existing piping systems.
