The SCS container sampling system was developed for the safe and representative collection of liquid and gaseous process media. The closed-system design enables emission-free sampling and helps reliably protect both operating personnel and the environment from hazardous media. Even with toxic process substances and high system pressures, the SCS ensures controlled sampling.
The forced control system, with its “Closed – Sampling – Flushing” operating modes, supports a safe and defined workflow. Simple operation and flushing facilitate daily use and help prevent cross-contamination between different samples.
The SCS is designed for specific applications and manufactured according to customer requirements. It is available in nominal diameters ranging from DN 8 to DN 25 or ¼″ to 1″. Various standard designs in accordance with DIN, ISO, and ANSI, as well as different pressure ratings and connection options, allow for flexible integration into existing systems.
Numerous options are available for special process conditions, including portable sampling containers, fixed pre-dosing tanks, heating or cooling jackets, protective cabinets, and activated carbon filters. Depending on the material selection, the system is designed for a pressure range of 0.1 mbar to 124 bar and temperatures from −100 °C to 300 °C.
