SIV inline sampling valves feature a modular design and can be flexibly adapted to meet a variety of system requirements. They are available in flanged or wafer designs, as well as in DIN and ANSI versions, and can be installed in any orientation. All variants are available with or without a lining.
Various options are available for convenient and safe operation, including a handwheel or a lockable dead-man’s lever. A simple stroke adjustment also allows for precise adjustment of the sample flow.
Depending on the application, housings made of cast stainless steel 1.4408/1.4409, special alloys, or plastomer-lined versions with PFA/PFA-AS are available. Maintenance-free spindle seals with a stuffing box or bellows and a replaceable seat seal ensure reliable and long-lasting operation.
Thanks to its modular design, the SIV can be supplemented with various options and accessories—such as a heating jacket, needle adapter, bottle holder, protective cabinet, or pneumatic lifting drive—and customized to suit the specific sampling application.
