SEV tank sampling valves are designed for reliable use in demanding process plants. Their design enables controlled sampling and can be adapted to various plant configurations and customer-specific requirements.

Various material and lining options are available for the parts in contact with the process medium. The housing is made of cast stainless steel 1.4408 (ASTM A351 CF8M). Depending on the medium and operating conditions, PFA or PFA-AS can be selected as the lining. Custom flange connections and designs for specific sample volumes are also available.

A packing gland or a bellows seal is available for the stem seal. The designs can be configured in accordance with the requirements for emission control and plant safety as specified in EN ISO 1548-1 or TA-Luft (VDI 2440 / VDI 3479). A leak detection port is included in the standard configuration.

The valves can be adapted to various tank and piping systems
